Cancellation Policy

Jan 2, 2011-Dec 19, 2011: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will be penalized with 2 night charge; cancellations made 30 to 3 days prior to arrival will be penalized with $200 USD charge plus 2 nights of stay; cancellations made 2 days or less prior to arrival, early check-outs and no shows will not be refundable.

Dec 20- Jan 2, 2012-Dec 19, 2011: Cancellations, early check-outs and no shows will not be refundable.

All cancellations/refunds are subject to a $50 USD processing charge.
