Low Deposit Requirements

A deposit is required to confirm your condo at the time of booking. Deposits are as follows:

45 Days or more prior to check-in: $250 for each 1-7 day per booked. Balance due 30-day prior to check-in.
44 Days or less prior to check-in: Balance due at time of booking.
Some specials, groups and monthly bookings may have separate deposit requirements.
Christmas/New Years Week deposits are double.

DEPOSIT SPECIAL: DEPOSITS ARE ONLY $150 PER WEEK (1-7 NIGHT STAYS) FOR ALL TRAVEL APRIL 25-DECEMBER 18, 2011 IF BOOKED BY APRIL 30, 2011!

Auto-Charge Balance

We will, at your instruction, automatically charge the balance to the credit card used for the deposit 30 days prior to check-in. If you would like this option please select check the the Auto Charge Option Box on your reservation form in the online booking engine.
