The hotel reserves the right not to confirm groups for short stays due to blocking inventory at the property. If you are using a travel agent the travel agent MUST MAKE THE INITIAL CONTACT FOR THE GROUP AND ALL CONTACTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE AGENCY. Under no circumstances may an agency claim a group that has had any contact with the property prior and claim full commission. Group rates and availability may be limited during certain time periods.
