Blue Seas Old Town includes three linked buildings that descend from mountain to ocean with mountain/city views to partial or full ocean views. The units are one and two bedroom condos, all with:

Interior Design:
Blue Seas Old Town offers modern conveniences but is true to its location in Old Vallarta. It is decorated in traditional Mexican style with terracotta tile floors, red tile roofs and wrought iron railings. Its comfortable interiors are split leveled, separating bedrooms from living and kitchen areas. Mini-split air conditioning assures comfort throughout the year.
