ROH: All condos are reserved on a ROH (Run of House) basis unless an Ocean Front Condo has been booked. The condo may have a Mountain/City View, Partial Ocean View or Ocean Front View. Actual room assignments are made at check-in. Please see the chart below for a breakdown of views and building location.

The property has 3 buildings: Building A/Ocean Front, Building B/Partial Ocean View (runs on the side of the property) and Building C/City-Mountain View which is located on the back of the property with courtyard, mountain and city views. The property has a total of 64 condos.

We do have a limited number of One and Two Bedroom Ocean Front Condos that may be confirmed at the time of booking for and additional upgrade charge. If you are interested in confirming one of these condos please book an Ocean Front Condo. Condos that are not reserved will be assigned to clients booking ROH (Run of House) upon arrival. Ocean Front Condos may or may not be available for clients booking the ROH category condos. This special is available April 25-November 5, 2011 only.
